Dave Hester
Having worked as a National Accounts Manager in sales, overseeing national accounts, I’ve developed strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, organisation and relationship management.

Having started out in more junior roles and progressed to managing national accounts, I bring strong commercial insight, excellent organisation and a clear focus on performance.

I enjoy overseeing projects and improvements, taking a structured, results-driven approach to ensure every home is managed efficiently and cared for to a high standard.

Chloe Hester
Having previously worked in hospitality and spent over a decade as a teacher, I bring a thoughtful, organised and people-centred approach to co-hosting, with clear communication at the heart of everything I do.

I take pride in managing properties with care, consistency and attention to detail, working closely with owners to understand their goals while ensuring guests feel supported, comfortable and well looked after throughout their stay.
